What is "SMILE"?
"SMILE" [Situational Management & Inter-Learning Establishment] is a NGO ,working for the
poor/slum/street/orphan children in the developing countries like INDIA. "SMILE" welcome all
the International Long / Middle / Short Term Volunteers as well as the Work Camp Volunteers
from around the world to work with Us.
What is the Purpose of "SMILE"?
Our main purpose is to "Give Smile All the Children" around the world. The children who cannot
eat properly ,cannot go to school , have to beg money & food every day on the street ,have lost
their parents or have nobody to support them, children who cannot live their life because of the
essential requirements of human beings, WE LIKE TO SUPPORT THEM. "SMILE" is trying to
provide Love, Support, minimum Education & minimum requirements to Live and Study to the
children in such stage.
At the same time "SMILE" gives all the Volunteers the Opportunity to work with the needy
children in the developing countries like INDIA. So that they can also realize the actual picture of
the children who are in need.
"Happy Home Project"
We have our own "Happy Home Project" located in Kolkata(Calcutta) with our SMILE's kids
from Slum & Street and trying provide them everything like food,clothing,education and planning
to give them permanent night shelter very near future.We are looking for the long term volunteers
to work with our children directly .All these children that we have at present are upto 10 yrs. old
and they need real love and attachment from our volunteers.
What is Our AIM?
Our dream is to establish a free school & vocational training center for our "Happy Home" in
near future. We like to build a person with more confidence & knowledge. It is our dream to
make a man with soft feelings about other children too. Today's children will be tomorrow's
Father/Mother. So that this movement can go on and on. We believe that good children can
make the good society and also the better world to live in. .
Programs Details:--
"SMILE" provide 3 types of Long Term Volunteers Programmes through out the whole year as
well as twice short term Work Camp in every year [Feb.&Sep.]. In the year 2003 & 2004 our
programs will be only in West Bengal [kolkata], India.
*Long Term Volunteers Programs (through out the whole year)
Long Term Volunteers have to work with our own Happy Home project / at different school with
the poor & slum children / orphanage and our other associate organizations for the needy children.

*Work Camp Program (3 weeks ,twice in a year [Feb.&Sep.], with group)

Christian population of North India is 0.5% of total population. Recent
worldwide surveys indicate that the nation is socially deprived.
Apostle Thomas has taken
the Gospel to India in an early period of the church History. However it is
very recently only the church of Christ has began flourishing in Indian
soil. What India today need is not a government nor a religion but impact on
the way of life that can truly change the scène? India desperately needs
JESUS, to have heard children as well as her, who are under the bondage of
tyrannical Dominion, redeemed before they die out. The Challenge to reach
today’s India with Gospel of Jesus Christ is immense and ours. To carry out
the Grate Commission Of our Lord Jesus Christ, the DOXA GOSPEL MINISTRIES
has following focus

Doxa Gospel Ministries has a vision of an India, where
everybody has an opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as his or her personal
Savior. Our Vision has a special focus of working with most unreached
Population of this country and to break the hard nuts with power of Holy
Spirits. Doxa’s Vision extended beyond the reaching of unreached with
Gospel; we empathize for the multitude of the poor in this country. We are
keen on working for the unprivileged and oppressed section of our Society,
be it children, Youth, women provision of Skills to uplift the unemployed
youth and women with employment opportunities reduction of demand of drugs
creating awareness and cater the need of HIV infected and people with Aids.
Those we consider our priority areas with the Gospel out reach and planting
in the years to come.
Doxa have a one gathering in Delhi. That we are
worshiping God with Spirit and Truth. Every Sunday 9-11am is the worship
time.11-12pm we have youth program we are equipping the youth and appreciate
the talent that God has given to them. And also we have a very good Prayer
Cell through that we will pray for World, Churches and Local prayer matters.
Now we are planning to start a mobile Team to work all over India through
Music, Counseling, Preaching and VideoProgramme, Community works Aids,
Helping Poor etc….
We have very good Vision, but we are very poor in
