Herreyns, Gilbert
Artista pintor nacido en Bruselas y que desde 1973 vive y trabaja en Ibiza (Baleares). Su pintura es contemporànea, abstracta, no figurativa, monocromática.
Gilbert Herreyns nace en Bruxelles Bélgica 1943. Estudia en Bellas Artes en -La Cambre-, es alumno de Delvaux.Vive y trabaja en Ibiza y Formentera.
Gilbert Herreyns was born in 1943 in Brussels. In 1973 he moved to the Mediterranean island of Ibiza. Here he is living and working in Jesus, a little village near Ibiza town
Meanwhile his paintings had been showed in more than 30 exhibitions in Ibiza, Formentera, Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris and New York. Today he is counted among the classics of the contemporany art of Ibiza.
Gilbert Herreyns wurde 1943 in Brüssel geboren. 1973 verlegt er seinen Wohnsitz auf die Mittelmeerinsel Ibiza. Heute lebt und arbeitet er in Jesus, einem kleinen Dorf in der Nähe von Ibiza-Stadt.
Sein Werk wurde bislang in mehr als 30 Personalausstellungen in Ibiza, Formentera, Brüssel, Amsterdam, Paris und N ibiza landschaftsbilder
