The Faux Design Center (FDC) was founded in 2002 by Andre Martinez to be a resource to the decorative painting industry in the Denver area. Andre quickly discovered critical components necessary for building a successful business in the decorative painting industry were missing. Moving forward, the FDC crafted solutions to the common problems and, in turn, has shared these solutions through the Decorative Painting Resource (DPR) in the form of no-nonsense business tools like startup documentation, decorative painting recipes, teaching curriculum tools, and more with like-minded people.
