As time continues, my experiences are captured and encapsulated in paintings through mark making. Through abstract and unconscious thoughts, the choices that are made everyday direct the work and creative processes used. Mark making translates intuition and analysis into visual meaning through free-association. The content develops through a process of painting, when I re-organize “accidents” into structural unification. The compositional use of decorative patterns and gestalt create specific sensations that vibrate with the echo of places and things.
