Blues Condition :: Blues and Roots Rock
Blues Condition is a DC-area band playing hot blues and a mix of rockin' roots music, plus our own original songs. Our play list covers some of our favorite blues performers from Robert Johnson through Eddie Boyd and Muddy Waters and Stevie Ray Vaughan up to Sonny Landreth, Tab Benoit and Michael Burks. We also like to feature songs by great roots rockers like Tarheel Slim and NRBQ, and unique Americana artists like Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles. Oh, and Kim likes to sing an occasional Patsy Cline or Hank Williams Sr. song. And to get Kenny to sing, we have to let him do a southern rock song once in a while.
